I am opposed to the proposed amendments to the Greenbelt plan. The land swap proposed will significantly negatively impact the sensitive environments of the oak ridge moraine.

This is a reversal of the policy that was promised to the people of Ontario by the Premier. This government needs to immediately rethink what Ontarians want for the long-term environmental sustainability of Southern and Central Ontario.

Further, the possibility of underhanded dealings with developers in Ontario is not acting in the best interest of the people but in the best interest of a few insiders.

I urge all Ontarians to share their opposition to this proposal.
