We need to protect our fragile environment. This area, our Greenbelt, was designated protected for a reason - to suddenly change plans, especially during a time when climate change is aversely affecting our entire planet - seems especially short sighted.
I want my child to live in a province that she can feel proud of, that she believes is protecting her future - her health and the heath of the land.
Yes, people need places to live - but not at such a great cost to the health of our land and our future. Please find somewhere else to build. Please do not allow this to happen.
