Dear Provincial Government,

I do not support the proposed amendment to the Greenbelt. For the obvious reasons:
- it was designed and created to be permanent
- it's value in flood mitigation, drainage, climate resilience, and homes to many animals and insects that you either dont realize you need, or don't want to.realize you need
- I question the motivation behind this - there appears to be a questionable relationship between the premier and developers
- the provincial government refused to acknowledge municipal elected officials plans to accommate growth to 2051 within the urban boundary
- wetlands are complex, you can't just fill one in and think you can create one somewhere else.

Don't turn a blind eye to the thousands of hard working citizens that oppose this Mr. Ford. I am teaching my children about this, about your decisions, about standing up for science and global health, and I am teaching them the consequences of greed. You have the choice.on your legacy.
