What you are about to do is outrageous, short-sighted, and harmful. Shame on you for making your development friends richer while making the province so much poorer. You are not accomplishing the goal of creating affordable housing in dense quantities and you are burdening future communities and generations with debt. It is painfully obvious that this government does not stand by its word and puts money ahead of people.
