I would strongly advise against the new Greenbelt Plan given its implications for the purpose of our net greenhouse gas emissions. To build houses, appropriate transportation accommodations need to be made, of which a new 413 highway alone could result in 17.4 tonnes of avoidable emissions by 2050. Please consider our environment and wildlife when considering this plan.
