Bill 23 is completely wrong. Do not do this. It will not solve the housing problem. The green belt must be protected. Our provincial conservation authorities must not be gutted. They perform vital functions. Municipalities will face massive financial burdens which will ultimately be borne by property tax payers. This bill is a horrible piece of legislation that no one (except developers) wants
