This Bill 23 is not supported by the people or municipalities. It’s an egregious assault on democracy, health and our capacity for resilience to handle climate change.
Moreover it’s a blatant profit grab for developers who’ve been given insider information to profit and in no way addresses the housing issues.
No one e is fooled by this.
This is corruption plain and simple. The integrity commissioner and the people will illuminate the back room dealings that drive this.
This gov’t did not receive a majority of votes. Our first past the post system gave you more power than the people wanted you to have.
You have the opportunity to do the right thing for the environment, species and people to develop a strong resilient province. Do the right thing.
Perhaps you’re indebted to these developers and afraid not to do their bidding.
