Do not pass this bill. It has no plan for affordable housing and it will bankrupt home owners with the increased taxes to cover the loss of developing fees.
The green belt should be expanded but not developed. There is little to no need for single family homes. The housing issue is density housing. The amount of vacant land and buildings that sit rotting is unbelievable. Do not develop the greenbelt into a highway and housing. More roads do not fix traffic problems, infrastructure and public transportation does.
