Bad idea. Development Charges have been set for municipalities like London. This act will have existing residential homeowners paying for new growth. Growth should pay for growth. That is what Development Charges are supposed to do. So change the Development Charges Act too.
Should NOT reduce role of Conversation Authorities especially in river communities like London or we’ll have to pay for flooding properties in the future.
This is a bad bad plan.
