There is no way that we should be sacrificing our Greenbelt for development. Sprawling suburban McMansions are not the solution to affordable housing. We need to work on in-fill, holding developers accountable for creating affordable units. This is NOT the way. Our grandchildren will be weeping that we sold away their future.
