What this bill does to…

What this bill does to municipalities is destructive and backward in many ways from development charges to planning capabilities. The net result reduces capacity to provide affordable or attainable housing which is supposed to be the goal.

Delivering any part of the Greenbelt to developers is sheer madness. It is a horrible precedent, works against wetlands, watersheds, habitat, species corridors, clean air and water, and violates promises made repeatedly by the premier. It is naked corruption and cronyism. Any trust Ontarions had in this government is eroded by this kind of undemocratic donor payoff!!

This government has been successfully sued too often at taxpayers expense! This is like The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight only not funny for us, the taxpayers. Bill 23 and 39 will result in even more law suits!

I did not think a premier could be more hated by more people in Ontario than Mike Harris. From what I am hearing and seeing across the province now, I may be proven wrong!
