Maybe pay some attention to how many homes are off the market for long-term tenants thanks to Airbnb and other similar businesses. Listen to the wisdom of conservation authorities instead of taking away the powers they previously had solely to enable you to pave over greenbelt lands and wetlands without environmental oversight. Every turtle species in Ontario is endangered--your legacy if you pave over greenbelt and wetlands is that these turtles will become extinct in Ontario.
