I am strongly opposed to any removal of lands from the established greenbelt. There are sufficient alternatives that do not require damaging and paving over irreplaceable farmland, wetland and natural habitats. Allow the municipalities to determine the best strategies for land use. You have demonstrated that the Provincial level of government is not up to the task. The demonstrations that have and will continue to take place make it clear you do not have public support on this. Take your shovels, bulldozers and developer friends elsewhere.
