There no point developing sensitive land if we ruin the most densely populated part of the province for everyone. We all bear the responsibility of caring for nature so that we might benefit. The method used to allow development is insulting to all and no research indicates that uninhibited sprawl benefits anyone other than developers. I strongly oppose the bill.
