Once again Doug Ford is…

Once again Doug Ford is going back on his word.
This man is not to be believed.
His word is not sacred.
He has no respect for nature. No respect for the environment. No respect for the habitat of birds and wildlife. No respect for farmers and their livelihood or their ability to feed us. His only concern is for his buddies. His cronies. His developer and builder friends. Leave well enough alone Doug Ford! It does not matter that that the land grabbed up by developers and speculators (his friends) is adjacent to existing housing or so they say. A green belt is necessary. The land is being preserved and respected as set forth by previous scientific studies. Wetlands are necessary. Wetlands should not to be built on either. The ecosystem is important to our health and well-being.
Doug Ford LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE!
There are other lands, not within the greenbelt, that can be built on.
Furthermore, I am sure that the proposed housing will not be within the reach of the average family looking for a home - cost wise.
There is land that could be used within the city limits. Derelict properties where low rise affordable housing could be built.

Also - scrap the new highway. It is to be built through the greenbelt too.

Use the money where there is a dire need right now.
Health care. Hospitals. Senior care. Education.
