Hello,

Cancelling the Cap and Trade is an enormous step backwards in trying to address climate change. Without a comprehensive climate change plan to curb emissions, nothing will change. People are going to pay for this in the future with their health and the health of their children. Polluters must pay for their emissions, not people.

We don’t need cheaper gas – we need renewable energy solutions, we need electric vehicle subsidies, we need clean air and water in our cities, we need to wean ourselves off fossil fuels.

I want legally binding emissions targets to meet and surpass out obligations to the Paris Climate Agreement.
I want Ontario to be 100% powered by clean energy by 2040.
I want Ontario to end fossil fuel subsidies and restore incentives for electric vehicles and green home renovation programs.
