I am opposed to Bill 4 - cap and trade Repeal. I want Ontario to have a real climate change plan that reduces emissions and saves energy. I want us to continue a policy like cap and trade that targets emissions in an effective way that is consistent with our obligations to the Paris Climate Accord.
