I disagree with this…

I disagree with this proposed amendment. We cannot take away land from the Greenbelt, meaning loss of agricultural land/green space and more sprawl. Not to mention, it takes a lot of powers away from the CAs and gives them to the municipalities, who do not have the capacity to handle them as responsibly.
