The green belt was determined through great deliberation and consultation. The properties were picked with valuable reasoning. To just swap with other properties defeats the purpose of what the green belt is. This was a great government feat in the day which thought about the next generation. Doug Fords plan is only for the heat and now and the kick backs he will receive. Please Mr. Ford think beyond yourself think of the future. There are enough housing allocations to support a growing population. Do something worth doing - and not another self serving piece of legislation. Be better than yourself - that was what you were elected to do.
