I oppose Bill 23. It is injurious to the Greenbelt. With far too little debate, it acts to diminish support for environmental concerns. For personal transportation, Ontario needs to prioritize public conveyances over private, and Bill 23 leans in the opposite direction. For urban development, Ontario needs to prioritize infill rather than urban spread. This bill advances the opposite. I would favor retraction of this bill.
