While recognizing the urgent need for affordable housing in Ontario, this is totally unnecessary.

This will not provide truly affordable housing with easy access to public transit, work and services.

That is better done by increasing density in non-greenbelt land.

The original reasons for the Greenbelt designation remain unchanged.

This is a cynical land-grab for the privatr profit of so-called "developers". I am appalled and utterly opposed to this.
