I am 53 years old. I admit that it was my generation and the previous that helped put the planet in this dire state. I want my children and grandchildren to enjoy the same clean environment that I had growing up. That is not going to happen without cuts to emissions, reduction of our carbon foot print, penalties and fines to companies that promote fossil fuels. There is a 25 trillion dollar industry in clean energy awaiting us. I don’t understand how people don’t see this.
I have already made changes- my house is solar, my equipment at home is all electric as will be my new car. These sorts of thing need to happen on a much larger scale in Canada. They won’t without help from the government!!

Please don’t turn us into an America or a China. Set the standard for the world to see
