There are so many other opportunities to create necessary housing, including densification of single-story malls and other infill housing projects within existing urban boundaries.

We need to keep the undeveloped lands currently subject to redesignation, for they are the closest to the greatest concentration of population in Canada. We need our green spaces.

Also, the lands of the Oak Ridges Moraine are critical to keep a healthy and ample water supply. The incursions into these lands are harmful and must be stopped.
