This proposal to build in the green belt area is deplorable. I live in an area close to where some proposed development of the green belt is. That land floods every spring for weeks at a time this means that this water would have to either go somewhere else and flood other areas, or it would flood the highway and housing. I am concerned that if the green belt is changed, our farming industry will be distributed and destroyed. I rely on local farmers to feed my family. I don’t know what I would do if I lost those farmers. I would not be able to afford fresh produce without this land and their hard work. The green belt should not be changed.
