I am appalled that the current provincial government wants to abolish the cap and trade system.

The result will be to do away a funding stream that supports so many important initiatives which can and already have had a positive impact on the looming climate crisis. I don't want us to lose initiatives like /greenON, the hybrid and electric vehicle subsidy, or funding for schools to replace windows, cycling infrastructure, energy efficiency of social housing or to help municipalities pursue climate friendly initiatives.
