Why do Canadians fishing in Canadian waters have their catch limits cut in half (Sport fishing goes from 4 to 2 fish), while Americans fishing in Canadian waters have their catch limits left unchanged (Sport goes from 2 fish to 2 fish)?
Cut everyone's catch limits in half and you might see a dramatic improvement. Leave the catch limits of the majority of fisherman (US) unchanged and you won't do much of anything, except anger Canadian anglers.
