Absolutely not. Constantly throwing more restrictions on hunting and fishing that all of us anglers/hunters are expected to remember and when we don’t we are hit with a fine and thrown into the news .
Put the restrictions on the atrocious amount of netting that happens on LOTW. No one monitors that and there is a ton of waste from it.
