The recommendations seem very reasonable. My comments would include the following:

Affordability and reliability are paramount.

Ontario has much bigger emissions issues outside of the power sector.

Please be careful with hydrogen and large nuclear. Hydrogen may be a good solution for seasonal storage and we know that large nuclear can provide large amounts of reliable power. Careful and realistic feasibility studies are key. Use reference case forecasting for costs and timelines.
