I think this is good step in reducing unnecessary red tape with no compromise to environmental rehabilitation. Finally some support for an important industry in the province. More mines being built, more mining investment flowing into the province its a win win. The next step would be generating a fair uniform province wide benefit agreement with First Nations. This would create certainty for mining companies and remove unfair negotiations and lost time between the proponents.
