I urge you, as a citizen of Ontario, not to pass Bill 4. Ontario is currently viewed worldwide as a leader in clean air policies. Business is doing well and adapting to Cap and Trade. The air is clean...cleaner than in most places in the world. It is possible to achieve balance between industry and clean air...we are doing it.
