Climate change is real and we may be at a point where it is too late to act. Cancelling the cap and trade act without proposing how you will reduce carbon emissions is irresponsible. We cannot wait until the effects of climate change are undeniable. With America awaiting its second major hurricane and every year recording warmest temperatures ever we cannot play politics.
