I have listened to Environmental Commissioner of Ontario Dianne Saxe speak on the actions taken in the cap and trade system, part of the 2016 Climate and Change Mitigation and Low-carbon Economy Act. The results that were beginning to be realized in environmental and economic benefits were encouraging and growing. It seems short sighted and economically wasteful to we, the taxpayers and a set back to a strong climate strategy to end the program at this time. Therefore I respectfully disagree with the passage of BILL 4!
