I fully support the cap and trade program supported by the federal government = as do informed scientists around the world, The United Nations and recent Nobel Prize winner. Bill 4 to cancel cap and trade is short sited, unscientific and will cripple Ontario's ability to take advantage of the emerging sustainable energy economy. Cap and trade has not only proven effective, it is a step in reducing climate change that will financially benefit the citizens of Ontario rather than propping up the outdated and dying carbon based economy. Don't relegate our province to the past.
