It is imperative that the government of Ontario take action against climate change.

We are already seeing the consequences of 1°C of global warming through more extreme weather, rising sea levels and diminishing Arctic sea ice. The Shocking IPCC report released Oct 8 2018 reveals the reality of climate change if a 1.5 degree target is not achieved. All levels of government need to heed this report.

I support the cap and trade system, clean energy incentives, and consumer incentives for going green. Canada is a signatory to the Paris Climate Accord. This is an international legally binding document and Ontario must lower our carbon foot print and do our part.
