Cancelling Cap and Trade is a betrayal - it is far more business-friendly than a flat carbon tax, which will be instituted in its stead. You will not beat the federal government's carbon tax mandate. Stick to Cap and Trade. We need a price on carbon, young people starting families now do not want their children to grow up through dystopian climate destruction.
