We have to recognize the reality of climate change in Ontario and change our polluting habits. We have to keep cap and trade and add a carbon tax along with other regulations to install clean energy and transportation across the board. The world is moving to eliminate fossil fuels and if we do not, our economy is going to look like Cuba's. We have to be business friendly and this means embracing change and new clean technologies as part of our wider economic diversification. Moreover, we will go far further as a competitive nation if we cooperate and this means cooperation with the federal government who is also trying to cooperate with our worldwide community. We become like a rogue state when we do not work with the rest of human kind to stop climate change.
