Please consider lot severance or the old retirement lot creation. In order for some families to carry on farm and property legacy while allowing parents or other family members to not have to sell the farm as a whole.
We totally understand the desire to not create lots on prime ag land but can we at least consider non prime and other areas for lot creation on areas of of agriculture zoned land that is not prime.
We appreciate your consideration.
