Any changes from PSEZ to Residential is shortsighted and will impact current and future industry and employment, farming and current residents. The area is deemed industrial and the industry does impact through noise and pollution. When Stelco began building they offered to purchase existing farms, farmhouses, homes and cottages recognizing their impact to the area. That hasn’t changed as more industry moved in. We do not want residents abutting industry that may affect their ability to do business. Growth should be in areas without significant industry and employment not in Haldimand Industrial Park.
