I strongly disagree with this live bait policy that you are proposing
This policy is Not the rite way of dealing with the problems with are fisheries
Its nothing more than the a waste of time an effort that will only anger fishermen give mnr one more way to lay senceless changes amongst many other "stupidity " I do understand that something needs to be implied to help deal with spread of disease an introduction of live bait to some delicate ecosystems but your policy is Not the right plan
