In the midst of a climate emergency, the last thing we need to be doing is contributing to urban sprawl at the expense of risking food security. Bill 97 is short-sighted and will be detrimental to our well-being. Please don't endanger the future of Canadian's access to Canadian food in exchange for a quick fix that lacks evidence it will even help. There are better, well supported, alternatives to this 'solution' that should be pursued.
