We have a lot on our farm in Peterborough where the old farm house once stood and would be a great place for our son to build a house but because of the rules we are unable to get a severance. We can’t farm the land, it is useless to us, but we need the government to change their ridiculous red tape around lots that were once used for dwellings and allow us to sever it.
It’s common sense. Please consider!
