Will this bill make all the points, but especially the one regarding Section 46 of the Planning Act (only one mobile home or one land lease community home per parcel of land), mentioned in the "Information Bulletin regarding off-grid development in un-incorporated areas" (November 30, 2022 - MMAH - Municipal Services Office North (Sudbury)), enforceable by law? And who will do the enforcing?
