Firstly, I am very opposed to Bills 23 and 97 especially when they both impact Urban Sprawl into significant Greenbelts and Build Homes Fast without any planni g expert outlining how one can use intensification rather than sprawl and I am very opposed into continued loss of farmland and severancing farmland lots off for building more hones. It would be very sad to build homes haphazardly into farmland severed lots. Plus one must think about infrastructure, water and wastewater and commuting to grocery stores and schools etc. It doesn't make sense! Please note I am opposed to these Bills and Fords constant removal of Greenspace and Farmlands for development.
