Respectfully, this is not a "sustainable" undertaking by any means. "Creating" an operational park out of a formerly wild place in itself imposes destruction on an already sustainable ecosystem. Frequent Human traffic disrupt habitat even with your utmost care in trying to protect them - let alone bikes and gas powered vehicles. Car camping invites so much garbage. Feet compact the soil and prevent plants from growing. Noise disrupts so much of how these wild places are communicating and thriving. We have already devastated enough beautiful park by introducing the luxuries of "operational facilities". Leave it wild. My suggestion is to choose a devastated area in Ontario and RESTORE the land to create a park peiple can enjoy - that is a true endeavour of sustainability and an environmentally friendly underertaking. That would be "building" a beautiful park for folks to enjoy. What you are proposing to do at BigWind is not actually to "build" or "create" a beautiful place - it's to destroy a beautiful place.
