We are in a climate crisis, we are running out of arable land, and we can’t afford housing in this uncontrolled housing market, and the answer is to negatively affect all three even more? This bill does not represent what the people want. The people have spoken and we have spoken against this bill numerous times. It doesn’t benefit us, it just benefits developers at our expense. Shame on you.
