I reject this strategy…

I reject this strategy emphatically! We must take action on climate change. By changing pricing you change behaviour - businesses figure out alternatives, people conserve, we need incentives to help nudge us all inthe right direction. It is immoral to leave this for the next generation. Many other countries are setting big goals and working on them. Is Ontario really that lazy and incompetent????
