I'm absolutely floored that this is even being talked about. A category 3 should NEVER even be talked about, if it is going to cause any issues at all. That's unethical and unreasonable to do the citizens in the township.
I rely heavily on our water for all our animals and our family, and without water we would then have to buy it which we likely couldn't afford that much and would then make us have to forfeit our home.

We do not have a municipality back up, we do not have other options. Our water from our wells is all we have, and if withdrawing from longs causes a water table drop then so many others as well as me would be screwed over.

Unacceptable.
There needs to be a different way about it.
