I believe that public consultation MUST be formally included in the application process.

I must insist that Conservation Authorities MUST be involved in planning and oversight of storm water management on these sites.

I think it should be considered that the aggregate extraction industry SHOULD be considered an ineligible industry, like mining, for EASR permitting.
