I am a resident of Leeds & Grenville and I am 100% against these changes! This is just another way for the Ford Government to stick it to Ontario’s taxpayers, to benefit their buddies! Stop the deceitfulness before this becomes another Greenbelt fiasco for the Cons!

And stop the crap about wanting to build affordable housing! You tried to take that requirement out just a few months ago! 🤨
There are more than enough large buildings, sitting empty in our area, and no doubt the entire province, that could be easily converted to affordable housing units NOW! No builds needed, just some renovations! But that doesn’t appeal to your buddies, they want to make BIG bucks building luxury homes, not make a smaller profit, but a larger contribution to Ontario!
