As a neighbour of the cement…

As a neighbour of the cement factory, I would like it on the record that I do not agree to allowing this company any exemptions or modifications to controlled emissions of toxic chemicals if it means more chemicals in my environment. These chemicals have serious health repercussions. The information that was presented locally was confusing to me and presented at a time that was awkward for many to attend. Thank you.
